Join me for an individual or small group experience as we learn and engage about how to make sense of your current or changing cycle + build rhythms of personalized support so you can live well through all the changes.

Each cohort is designed to create the space to hear each other’s stories, collectively learn about our cycle and begin building the rhythms of functional support through lifestyle factors that feel good to you! Because we space out the group meetings to every 2 weeks, you have time to mindfully pause + check in with your body each day with self-compassion and begin practicing small shifts in how you live your day to feel well.

If you have a group of girlfriends you want to gather and form a cohort, go for it! The collective conversation lends to great compassion and support as we’re all in this ever shifting journey of wanting to live well.

You’re ready to dive in one on one and start building rhythms towards the life you want. After the initial foundation session and understanding your story, we will meet for weekly or bimonthly coaching sessions for ongoing support and education as you build the daily health rhythms that bring sustainable behavior change.

3 month commitment $1425 ($425/month)

6 month commitment $2400 ($400/month)
